Roosevelt Wine Club
The Roosevelt Wine Club was created to make wine and golf feel more approachable. These circles can often seem exclusive and intimidating, but RWC strives to shift this perception by establishing a place where anyone can enjoy both realms in a welcoming, inclusive community. The club cultivates a sense of belonging and connection with people, nature, and oneself, ensuring everyone can savor these experiences in good company.
“Let’s make a memory!”
Mission and Vision
Established by A Refined Curatorial in 2024, ARC enhances the RWC experience by curating a selection of exceptional natural wines and music each week. We feature different fun and exciting natty wines, while listening to curated playlists featuring classic soul, vintage reggae, old-school hip-hop, jazz, rhythm and blues, and more.
We embrace members from various backgrounds and emphasize diverse perspectives, fostering a nurturing environment where everyone feels valued. Our aim is to cultivate a thoughtful, socially responsible community through empathy and kindness. Our community has grown organically, and we take pride in creating a kind and inclusive atmosphere. We warmly welcome new members to join us in enjoying these selections, and the greatest game in the world.
Core Events
Roosevelt Wine Club hosts a twilight round of golf every Friday, typically at Roosevelt Municipal Golf Course in Los Angeles, though the location may occasionally vary. In addition to these weekly hangs, we organize range meetups and group wine tastings at various wine shops throughout the city. We also host larger RWC mixers, providing opportunities for broader social engagement and community building.
How to Join
Joining the Roosevelt Wine Club is straightforward and currently free of membership fees. Members can sign up for “Twilight Fridays” through Calendly and pay the wine and green fees via Venmo.
Reservations for “Twilight Fridays” open 60 days in advance and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. With Roosevelt's group limit of five, we aim to book 5 to 10 players each week, potentially adding more tee times if needed. Booking is confirmed once fees are paid. Please note: due to the cancellation fees and policies for Los Angeles City Golf, we do not offer refunds if you need to cancel for any reason.
For our weekly Twilight Fridays at Roosevelt, the cost is $25 per round for those with an LA City Golf Player Card, and $32 for those without a card. These fees include a curated wine selection for the round. Both tiers include 2 glasses of wine per player. The LA City Golf Player Card is available for $25 annually through Los Angeles City Golf.
If we do not receive your Venmo payment within 30 minutes of booking, your reservation will be forfeited, and the spot will be made available to other members.
Stay tuned for other Core Events to be announced.
